Last Epoch will also feature offline and online multiplayer, including co-op for up to five players and both free-for-all and team-based PvP modes. Players are able to equip five skills at any one time, with players able to unlock augmentations for these skills through a grid system. The game will feature five base classes, with each class having two mastery classes. Certain items and equipment will only be available in specific eras. In addition, there are many branches that these eras can take depending on the player’s actions. Players will be able to travel to four different time periods in their quest to find the Epoch: the Ancient Era, the Divine Era, the Imperial Era, and the Ruined Era. However, players have been given the difficult task of potentially rewriting the world’s fate by traveling back in time to find, and utilise the powers of, the Epoch. The game is set in the high fantasy world of Eterra, a world that is in its final stages as it is slowly consumed by darkness. Last Epoch is a loot-based action RPG from Eleventh Hour Games, including time-travel, character customisation, crafting, and an item system designed to encourage replayability. This edition features Eleventh Hour Games’ Last Epoch and GrapeOcean Technologies’ Black Geyser: Couriers of Darkness. This will allow us to release a game that includes all the content we originally imagined.RPGamer’s ad hoc Kickstarter Check-In feature returns for a look at two ongoing crowdfunding campaigns. The conclusion was that the latter option serves better the long-term interest of the project. We had to decide whether we make the Kickstarter in these days as promised, or we focus on investor relations and ask your patience again. Since negotiations take time, the Kickstarter launch has been postponed again. As a result, Kickstarter backers will get a better, bigger game for the same pledge. This means that more content will be added to the game without affecting any goals of the the Kickstarter campaign. Negotiations are on the right track, which means we are going to secure considerable additional funds for the development.
